Members of the 2020 Lord Botetourt girls’ basketball team received their state championship rings last Friday at an outing at Limestone Park. Meredith Wells (photo 2, left) and Kenleigh Gunter display their new rings, and Kenleigh has a ring on each finger after winning two for basketball(2018 & ’20) and three for volleyball. Taylor Robertson (photo 4, left) and Miette Veldman received their rings via video chat as they have already left for college. Taylor will play volleyball at UNC-Greensboro and Miette is at James Madison University.
