The Botetourt Retired Educators will meet on Monday, May 13, at the Botetourt Golf and Swim Club, 2414 Country Club Road, Troutville. Registration will begin at 10:30 a.m. with the meeting starting at 11 a.m. Lunch will be a picnic with hot dogs and hamburgers at a cost of $13. The program will be a presentation by Sybille Nelson about therapy dogs.
All former educators living in the Botetourt County area are welcome. Dues ($35) for 2019-2020 may be paid at the meeting. Donations for the scholarship fund and the book fund will be accepted at the meeting. Members should be receiving an email or a phone notification about the meeting.
