Early Monday morning, the Town of Troutville was ready for Christmas. Newly purchased decorations were hanging from light poles and at Town Hall, Santa, some reindeer, a couple snow people and an angel were hanging out enjoying the first blanketing of snow. Around town snow was clinging to trees like a dusting of confectioner’s sugar on Christmas cookies.
