A Botetourt grand jury returned indictments against 61 individuals when it met June 4 in Fincastle.
Among the true bills returned by the grand jury were 10 for possession of drugs with intent to distribute, 13 counts of distributing drugs, four counts of breaking and entering, two counts of rape, six counts of grand larceny, two counts of child endangerment abd four counts of assault on a law enforcement officer.
