The Roanoke Valley-Alleghany Regional Commission (RVARC) is offering assistance with septic pump-outs for Botetourt County residents.

According to the RVARC, this program aims to reduce the environmental impacts and property damage caused by failed septic systems. Eligible residents include those living within the Chesapeake Bay watershed and residents that are responsible for their home’s septic maintenance. Those guidelines are as follows:

2 People                             $55,800

3 People                             $62,750

4 People                             $69,700

5 People                             $75,300

6 People                             $80,900

7 People                             $86,450
