- Tina M. Clapp, 55, of Troutville, drunk in public, December 30
- Timothy M. Brady, 45, of Fincastle, driving under the influence, refusal to submit to breath analysis, January 1
- Crystal L. Frare, 37, of Fincastle, domestic assault, obstruction of justice, January 1
- Shawna F. Argabright, 46, of Buchanan, driving under the influence, eluding, driving after forfeiture of license, January 3
