Botetourt Rotary supports Healing Strides, Boys State

The Botetourt County Rotary Club recently donated $1,200 to Healing Strides of Virginia.  Healing Strides is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization established in 1991. It is located on 28 acres just north of Boones Mill with two large pastures, five paddocks, an enclosed arena, a Mental Health, Learning, and Coaching dedicated building, and a large outdoor arena. Healing Strides’ mission is to promote wellness for people with personal challenges who can benefit from equine-assisted activities and therapies in a safe and supportive environment. Rotary Club donates to Boys State

The Botetourt Rotary Club presents Charlie Alphin, Commander of American Legion Post 93, with a donation check of $500 to assist with the Boys State program.
