- Kathy N. Ray, 60, of Buchanan, child abuse, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, April 29
- Jasson I. Diaz Santos, 27, of Morristown, N.J., driving under the influence, April 30
- Ariane E. Fletcher, 33, of Christiansburg, driving under the influence, April 30
- Joseph C. Pak, 33, of Newport News, interfering with the property rights of another, carrying a concealed weapon, April 30
- Keaton S. Simmons, 29, of Eagle Rock, extortion, eluding, use of profane, threatening or indecent language over public airways or by other methods, May 2
- Raymond L. Sherwood III, 50, of Troutville, simple assault, May 2
- Terrance O. Chatman, 44, of Bluefield, Va., manufacture, sell or distribute Schedule I or II drugs, drunk in public, May 3
- Kyle H. Carter, 22, of Roanoke, strangulation, May 4
- Quoterris T. Martin, 24, of Bedford, drunk in public, May 4
- Harry M. Kelso, 41, of Roanoke, possession of a firearm by a felon, May 4
