- Brandon D. Blackwell, 23, of Fincastle, drunk in public, May 12
- Jade K. McCarty, 31, of Fincastle, drunk in public, May 12
- Benjamin L. Austin, 33, of Buchanan, possession of Schedule drugs, May 13
- David A. Lara Del Cid, 38, of Roanoke, driving under the influence, May 13
- Joseph L. Bray, 34, of Eagle Rock, possession of a firearm by a felon, May 14
- Cameron A. Smith, 25, of Roanoke, assault and battery, obstruction of justice, drunk in public, May 18
