- Ryan L. Andrews, 22, of Buchanan, assault and battery, August 27
- Julia E. Hostetter, 22, of Lexington, distribute Schedule drugs, conspiracy to distribute, August 28
- Matthew C. Bocock, 34, of Lexington, distribute Schedule drugs, conspiracy to distribute, possession of Schedule drugs, attempt to conceal/destroy physical evidence, August 28
- Kyle P. Matthews, 42, of Moneta, drunk in public, August 29
- Bishop K. Jackson, 27, of Vinton, driving under the influence, no operator’s license, August 29
