Last week, James River High School prepared for its own Homecoming celebration, with excitement building across campus and in the surrounding community. The Knights hosted Martinsville High School on Friday night in Springwood with school spirit running high. At halftime Chloe Helmandollar and Ryder Ward were named Homecoming King and Queen.
River’s 2025 Homecoming Court included (left to right) Jayden Alston, Jack Beheler, Rylee Jordan, Addie Rodgers, Kaia Binns, Chloe Helmandollar, Ryder Ward, and Silas Whitson.
The celebration concluded with the Homecoming dance, which took place at the scenic Beaver Dam Farm, providing a picturesque backdrop to close out a week filled with tradition, pride, and community spirit.
