Botetourt County residents can expect their Real Estate and Personal Property Tax statements to arrive in the mail soon, as the Treasurer’s Office has officially mailed the 2025 tax bills.

All payments are due by November 1. Residents are reminded that payment is required by the deadline even if they have not yet received their bill in the mail. Late payments may be subject to penalties and interest.

There are several options available for submitting tax payments. Mailed payments can be sent to Botetourt County Treasurer, P.O. Box 587, Daleville, 24083.

Online payments can be made by visiting www.botetourtva.gov/payments.

For those preferring to pay in person, payments are accepted at all Bank of Botetourt and First Bank branch locations. Additionally, in-person payments can be made at the Botetourt County Administration Center located at 57 S. Center Dr., Daleville. The office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Accepted forms of payment include cash, checks, money orders, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard.

Residents with questions regarding their tax statements or payment options are encouraged to contact the Botetourt County Treasurer’s Office for assistance at 540-928-2030 or treasurer@botetourtva.gov.
