- Dwayne J. Brown, 34, of Roanoke, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of Schedule drugs, obstruction of justice, Oct. 21
- Deborah S. Dietrich, 57, of Roanoke, domestic assault, Oct. 23
- Reslina Constant, 48, of Roanoke, no operator’s license, eluding, Oct. 23
- Richard A. Harlow, 28, of Salem, drunk in public, Oct. 23
- Abuobaida-Elijunied K. Elaim, 23, of Daleville, driving under the influence, Oct. 26
