- Beau R. Koloda, 21, of Troutville, assault and battery, Nov. 1
- Jadrian T. Wallace, 31, of Roanoke, failure to appear, Nov. 1
- Madison G. Coleman, 18, of Roanoke, assault and battery, Nov. 2
- Andrew R. Clemens, 37, of Fincastle, drunk in public, Nov. 2
