Quilts of Valor were presented to two Fincastle men, Eric Claunch (left photo) and Tommy Moore, by the Quilts of Valor Stitches of Roanoke on Tuesday, Nov. 18. The presentation was made during the Historic Fincastle Annual Meeting.
