- Maria N. Ugaide, 53, of Troutville, driving under the influence, refusing breath test, Dec. 13
- Dustin L. Williams, 34, of Buchanan, contempt of court, Dec. 14
- Austin S. Gibson, 30, 0f Buchanan, domestic assault, assault and battery, attempted 2nd degree murder, strangulation, possession of a firearm by a felon, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, unlawful use of a telephone to obstruct messages, abduction, Dec. 14
