Glebe resident, Peggy DeHart, and her daughter, Helen Jadlowski, are showcased through April with their beautiful and imaginative paintings. Visitors are always welcome along the Gallery Walk, and they will thoroughly enjoy these wonderful works of art!
Peggy, an art teacher for many years, is now sharing her talent at the Glebe, both with her displayed art and in her art classes offered to residents. Helen, her daughter, is also an accomplished artist, and visitors will be enchanted by her paintings. Peggy shared a bit of her artistic philosophy this way: “With more than a half century of practice, I believe art is all about making mistakes, breaking rules, finding bliss, trying new things, pushing limits, and celebrating happy accidents.”
For those interested in learning more about these talented artists, The Glebe will host an artists’ Reception on Friday afternoon, April 17th in the Botetourt Room. The Reception will begin at 3:00 PM, and all are invited to attend.
