PUBLIC HEARINGS TOWN OF BUCHANAN

The Town of Buchanan Planning Commission will
hold a public hearing on Monday, May 18, at 6:30
PM in Town Hall (19753 Main Street) to consider
a repeal of Section 208(b)(u) – Data Processing of
the Town Zoning Ordinance.
In accordance with Section 601-5 of the Town
Code, a second public hearing regarding this mat
ter is tentatively scheduled to be held by Town
Council on June 8, 2026.
Persons interested in speaking to this item are en
couraged to attend and make a statement to the
Commission. Information regarding this hearing
is available upon request at Town Hall and will be
posted with the meeting agenda on the Town web
site.
