Hypertufa & Sandcasting Workshop

Explore the creative art of hypertufa and sandcasting in this hands-on workshop. Using a simple cement-based mixture, mold and shape durable, lightweight containers with a natural stone-like appearance. The sandcasting portion will introduce techniques for pressing leaves and other textures into sand to create beautifully detailed garden steppingstones. By the end of the session, leave with a unique, handmade piece perfect for adding character to your garden or outdoor space. Presented by Tonya Harper, Master Gardener. Class size limited to 8.
