- Nicholas R. Wentz, 40, of Roanoke, petit larceny, May 6
- William C. Hummel Jr., 51, of Dayton, Va., manufacture, sell or distribute Schedule drugs, May 7
- Victoria D. Woody, 55, of Daleville, possession of Schedule drugs, May 7
