ORDER
It appearing that a report of
the account of Frank H.
Eakin, Administrator of the
Estate of Dickie Louis
Eakin, deceased, and of the
debts and demands against
his estate has been filed in
the Office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of the County
of Craig, and that six (6)
months have elapsed since
the qualification of the
Administrator on October
21, 2022.
On the motion of the
Administrator, it is hereby
ORDERED that the
creditors of, and all others
interested, in the Estate of
Dickie Louis Eakin do show
cause, if any they can, on
the 20th day of July,2026, at
1 1 a.m. before this Court at
its courtroom in Craig,
Virginia, against the
payment and delivery of the
Estate of Dickie Louis
Eakin, deceased, to the
distributees under the laws
of the Commonwealth of
Virginia without requiring
refunding bonds, subject
only to the retention by the
Administrator of sufficient
funds to satisfy the
remaining costs of
administration.
