Conviction Coffee has opened in the Town of Fincastle, bringing a new coffee shop to the historic Old Botetourt County Jail.
Business owner Hogan Lambeth began serving customers over the weekend, offering coffee, pastries, and a gathering space in one of Fincastle’s most recognizable historic buildings.
According to information shared by the business, Conviction Coffee sources its coffee beans from Gladheart Coffee Roasters in Roanoke. Pastries are supplied by Breadcraft Bakery, and plants displayed throughout the shop were provided by True Vine Houseplants in Fincastle.
The coffee shop is hosting an official kickoff event this week, where visitors will have an opportunity to sample beverages and learn more about the business.
