- Stephen L. James, 48, of Roanoke, violation of a protective order, failure to appear, June 12
- Jennifer L. Sumner, 53, of Eagle Rock, driving under the influence, possession of Schedule drugs, obstruction of justice, possession or distribution of controlled paraphernalia, June 12
