ESTATE OF RUBY ANN HALL PERDUE, DECEASED

 

The object of this suit is to: CREDITORS AND ALL OTHERS SHOW CAUSE AGAINST PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF ESTATE

ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DITRIBUTION

It appearing that the report of the account of Bria Lashae Stephens, Administrator of the Estate of Ruby Ann Hall Perdue, deceased, and of the debts and demands against her estate have been filed in the Clerk’s Office of this Court, and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification of the administrator, on motion of Bria Lashae Stephens, Administrator;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the creditors of and all others interested in the estate do show cause, if they can, on the 6th day of October, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. before this Court at its courtroom in the Circuit Court of Botetourt County, Virginia, 1 W. Main Street #120, Fincastle, Virginia, 24090, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Ruby Ann Hall =Perdue, deceased, to pay all the unpaid taxes and levies thereon and all debts and demands reported by the Commissioner of Accounts that are approved and remain unsatisfied, and then to make payment and delivery of the remaining estate, if any, to the heirs, in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia with or without refunding bonds, as the Court Prescribes.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published for two (2) successive weeks in The Fincastle Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in The County of Botetourt, Virginia.
