- David E. Lofland, 47, of Roanoke, possession of Scheduled drugs, Oct. 2
- Terrah A. Stone, 27 of Vinton, driving under the influence, Oct. 3
- Camden C. Thrasher, 21, of Roanoke, driving under the influence, Oct. 3
- Sierra N. Klotter, 24, of New Castle, driving under the influence, obstruction of justice, property damage, Oct. 3
- Jacob R. Gonzalez, 46, of Corpus Christi, Texas, obstruction of justice, driving under the influence, Oct. 3
