The Botetourt County 4-H Horse and Pony Club competed in the “Horseless Horse Show” on February 3 at the Brambleton Center. The Roanoke County 4-H Club hosted this event for many localities to participate. The club thanks of the all volunteers that judged, set up and ran concessions. From left are: Iva Jamison placed 2nd in Dressage; Skylar Gay, 1st in Western Pleasure, Model Western, Draft Breeds, and Grooms Class; Rachel Buchanan, 1st in Pairs Class with Elise Buchanan; Rachel Edwards, 1st in Hunter Pleasure, and Fitting & Showmanship; and Elise Buchanan,1st in Pairs Class with Rachel Buchanan.
