- Michael D. Earls of Troutville, 54, domestic assault, March 23
- Jordon S. Taylor, 25, of Troutville, domestic assault, March 23
- James E. Wade, 20, of Big Island, domestic assault, vandalism, March 26
- Brandon Fielder, 34, of Vinton, drunk in public, March 26
