Library donation

Susan Davis (right), president of the Friends of the Buchanan Library, has presented Sarah Boblett, librarian at Buchanan Elementary, a check for $247 for the purchase of books for the Buchanan Elementary Library. The donation was half of the proceeds from the Used Book Sale held in February on behalf of the elementary library. The Friends of the Buchanan Library have donated a total of $647during the 2016-2017 school year to supplement the budget for books for the school library.
