Stateson Homes LLC has announced plans to build 100-plus single-family homes and town homes in the Daleville Town Center lifestyle community.

The Blacksburg-based homebuilder has experienced tremendous growth in the New River Valley, and is looking forward to expanding into the Roanoke Valley, company officials said in an announcement late last week. The Daleville Town Center project will be the company’s first in the Roanoke Valley.

“With the recent economic growth of new jobs and employers in the Roanoke area, we believe the timing is right to introduce new upscale, yet affordable housing options,” said Nick Campagnoli, sales manager for Stateson Homes’ Daleville Town Center project in a news release from the company. “The high energy at DTC is positively contagious. We are so excited to be a part of this unique community.”

Fralin and Waldron entered into a contract with Stateson Homes in early 2017 to deliver completed lots for residential purposes, according to Molly Henry, Daleville Town Center Director of Events, Sales and Marketing.  “This is another exciting development initiative for Daleville Town Center and we look forward to continued growth,” she said.

A fully staffed Stateson Homes sales office located at 90 Town Center Street in Daleville Town Center opened at the beginning of November. Prospective buyers are welcome to come in to discuss home sites, floor plans and the Stateson building process, the announcement said.

Currently, three distinctive floor plans are available, with prices starting from the $270,000’s. Standard features for the new homes will include nine-foot main level ceilings, hardwood flooring, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. There will also be a variety of options for personalization, including luxury baths, third story lofts, garage studios and covered porches, the announcement said.

Stateson officials described Daleville Town Center as “an inventive lifestyle community where people can live, work, and play in one location. In addition to spectacular views of the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains, the Town Center offers restaurants, a performance pavilion, an on-site farmers’ market, and the currently under construction Botetourt Family YMCA. Everything at Daleville Town Center is within walking distance, with sidewalks and walking trails connecting residents to each other, the town center, and the parks and other public spaces.”

Daniel Todd Robertson is president of Stateson Homes LLC.

According to the announcement about the Daleville Town Center project, the building company’s homes feature state-of-the-art energy-efficiency, distinctive designs, and a 10-year warranty through Quality Builders Warranty Corporation.
