Long & Foster Real Estate has named Donna Greer as managing broker for the company’s Roanoke, Oak Grove and Botetourt offices.

Greer most recently managed the Smith Mountain Lake/Halesford Bridge and Rocky Mount offices, and she has more than a decade of real estate sales and management experience.

At Smith Mountain Lake and Rocky Mount, Greer helped her sales associates to meet their career goals through specialized training and coaching on real estate trends, technology, ethics and other business development skills. She will build upon these efforts in her new role working with Long & Foster agents in the Roanoke, Oak Grove and Botetourt offices, an announcement from the company said.

“Supporting our offices and real estate professionals takes knowledgeable and motivated leaders, and I am positive that with Donna’s leadership, our market position will continue to flourish,” said Brian Haug, senior vice president and regional manager of the Richmond region. “Since she joined Long & Foster, Donna has made a significant impact in our Southwest Virginia region and her commitment to our company and our sales associates, as well as her forward-thinking approach to business, will help ensure our future success.”

“I am thrilled in my new role as managing broker for Long & Foster’s Roanoke, Oak Grove and Botetourt offices,” Greer said. “Having worked with the company for a number of years, I’ve seen firsthand the unbeatable support that the management team provides to its family of sales associates. I look forward to growing our sales team and working with them to ensure they have all that they need to succeed in their careers and provide excellent service to their clients.”
