Work was scheduled to begin this week on replacing a box culvert on Catawba Road west of Daleville, which means a temporary traffic light will go up during the replacement work, according to an announcement by the Virginia Department of Transportation.
The road will be reduced to one lane during the replacement of the box culvert that is between the Etzler Road (Rt. 672) intersection and Blacksburg Road (Rt. 630) intersection.
Work is expected to last no longer than 60 days.
