• Teresa E. Hayes, 51, of Daleville, driving under the influence, refusal, April 13
• David L. Powers, 33, of Fincastle, possession of marijuana, obstruction of justice, April 13
• Ryan R. Marinko, 32, of Fincastle, drunk in public, April 14
• Nicole A. O’Callaghan, 34, of Vero Beach, Fla., driving under the influence, April 14
