American Legion Post 240 will conduct its monthly meeting on Thursday, Oct. 3, at the VFW building on Roanoke Road (Rt. 220) Daleville. Light refreshments will be served at 6 p.m. and the meeting will start promptly at 7 p.m.
All members are strongly urged to attend this important meeting as plans will be finalized for the Veterans Appreciation Day which will be held on Saturday, Oct. 11 from noon to 5 p.m. at the VFW building.
