- David E. Dorn Jr., 45, of Buena Vista, assault, May 5
- Wuily A. Sunun, 19, of Roanoke, drunk in public, obstruction of justice, May 6
- Neuris K. Robertson Jr. 46, of Buchanan, possession of marijuana, driving under the influence, refusal, driving suspended, obstruction of justice, May 8
- Timothy S. Nichols, 57, of Springfield, Ohio, drunk in public, May 10
