Alexander Boyer was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army at the National D-Day Memorial in Bedford on May 15. He will be serving as an Armor officer. Boyer is a 2016 graduate of Lord Botetourt High School, and 2020 graduate of the Virginia Military Institute.
