This secluded cemetery has 18 readable markers; among them are Burnette, Deaton, Delong, Graley, Hontz and Thomas.
Belle Burnette was the daughter of George P. and Mary Susan Fringer Deaton, married J. W. Burnette. Their daughter Mary died in 1910, and is in the family plot. Bell died in 1934. She appears to be the most recent burial in this cemetery.
George P. and Mary Susan Fringer Deaton are in a family plot along with five of their family members.
Nancy, Thomas, Virginia and William are in the Delong plot. Sgt. William Delong served in the 28th Virginia Infantry
Anna Deaton married William Graley in 1896 in Botetourt County. William died in 1917 and Anna in 1928.
Martha (Delong) Hontz was born in 1838 and died in 1886. She married Henry Hontz in 1875. Henry was the son of Henry and Catherine Hontz. He does not appear to be here.
George Thomas was born in 1908 and died in 1910.
