Notice is hereby given that Virginia Electric and Power Company is requesting a permit from Virginia Marine Resources Commission to install one (1) fiber optics cable, attached to existing
overhead poles, a minimum 33 feet above a 263-foot wide section of the James River, immediately west of the Route 11 crossing, as part of the Buchanan Substation to Pole E1901PE0600 in Botetourt County.
