EDWIN A. MYRICK
SHOW CAUSE ORDER
It appearing that a report of the accounts of TCV Trust & Wealth Management, Executor of the Estate of Edwin A. Myrick, deceased, and of the debts and demands against his estate has been filed in the Office of the Clerk of The Circuit Court of the County of Botetourt, and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification of the Executor on January 31, 2019.
On the motion of the Executor, it is hereby ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested, in the Estate of Edwin A. Myrick do show cause, if any they can, on the 16th day of November, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. before this Court at its courtroom in Fincastle, Virginia, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Edwin A. Myrick, deceased, to the legatees entitled thereto under the Last Will Testament of Edwin A. Myrick without requiring refunding bonds, subject only to the retention by the Executor of sufficient funds to satisfy the remaining costs of administration.
