Each year, the Big Spring Garden Club members decorate the Big Spring Park in Fincastle with garland and red ribbons on the fencing and footbridge. This year, in an effort to mirror the Christmas lights throughout the town, colored lights were purchased to adorn the historic gazebo. While the lights are a modern touch, passers-by can envision the park in earlier times when they drive by during the day and see the festive garlands, bows and wreaths.
