• Kasey S. Gunter, 31, of Buchanan, domestic assault, January 28
• Nancy Y. Orellana-Rios, 25, of Roanoke, unauthorized use, January 28
• Ballard L. Robbins, 34, of Roanoke, driving revoked, January 28
• Harold E. Montgomery III, 36, of Buchanan, domestic assault, January 30
