Bank of Botetourt promotes Petty, Lima

Bank of Botetourt has promoted Sheila M. Petty to branch manager at its Daleville Town Center Office and Kristina H. Lima to assistant branch manager at the same office.

Petty has more than 26 years of industry experience, working in almost every department and has been with Bank of Botetourt since 2017. A lifelong resident of Fincastle, she has deep roots and a strong sense of community, having served as a member of the Fincastle Volunteer Fire Department and the Daleville/Fincastle Lions Club. After attending Virginia Western Community College, she began her banking career in 1995. She resides in Fincastle with her husband Don and their son Donnie.

Lima has been with the bank for seven years and was previously with the Office of Admissions and College of Education for James Madison University. She graduated from Radford University with a degree in Business and Spanish. She is a member of Andrew Chapel United Methodist Church, and the Virginia Bankers Association Emerging Bank Leaders. She currently resides in Buchanan with her husband and stepdaughter.

Bank of Botetourt was chartered in 1899 and operates 12 retail offices in Botetourt, Rockbridge, Roanoke, and Franklin counties and the City of Salem,. Bank of Botetourt also operates a mortgage division, Virginia Mountain Mortgage, and a financial services division, Botetourt Wealth Management.
