Second Saturday Free Lunch at Solomon’s Mission
The Second Saturday free Lunch at Solomon’s Mission is this Saturday, April 10 from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. The lunch of spaghetti, salad, bread and drink is being provided y Jennings Creek Gospel Church (dine in or take out).
From 10:30-11:15 a.m., Cindy Markham will give a presentation from Virginia Navigators on senior caregiving, and answering questions from family members.
Donations needed for Mt. Bethel Cemetery upkeep
Donations are being accepted for the upkeep of the Mt. Bethel Church of the Brethren Cemetery. The cemetery is located on Rt. 43 (Narrow Passage Road) near Eagle Rock. Mail donations to Etta Alexander P.O. Box 5, Eagle Rock, 24085.
