Wesley is a Roanoke native, but has deep roots in Botetourt County. He is extremely excited to have recently moved to the Daleville area and is looking forward to getting involved with all that Botetourt has to offer, including being a new Ambassador for the Botetourt County Chamber of Commerce. Wesley and his wife Jordan have two children, Parker and Beckett, as well as two rescue pups.

Wesley Brugh is a partner with The Conner Group, and Wealth Advisor with Eagle Strategies, LLC. The Conner Group is a locally owned financial planning and wealth management firm. He focuses his practice on working with professionals, families, the medical community, pre-retirees, retirees, business owners/executives and their employees. As a general practitioner he brings a wide range of experience and expertise to the table with his clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Wesley recognizes that not all clients are alike, so he takes a custom-tailored approach to planning for each them. Whether they are balancing their work and home life or managing their “every day is a Saturday” retirement schedule, he knows his clients stay extremely busy. Sit back and enjoy doing what you do best and leave the financial matters to him. Wesley would be honored to be your personal “Chief Financial Officer.”

Brugh is a graduate of Old Dominion University’s Darden College of Education, where he majored in Career and Technical Education with a concentration in Marketing and Finance Education. Before becoming a Wealth Advisor in 2014, Wesley worked at Hidden Valley High School where he also coached basketball for five years. He is a firm believer in taking an educative-based approach when working with his clients. He feels that his education background allows him to effectively communicate the ideas and concepts associated with financial planning.
