Doris Toliver, head custodian at Greenfield Elementary School, is Botetourt County Public Schools March 2021 Employee of the Month.
Toliver has spent the last 25 years working in the school system. Her family has an extended reach in multiple schools throughout the county. Out of 17 nominations for March’s Employee of the Month, Toliver received eight.
When called to the front office on Monday morning, she didn’t expect to see Botetourt County Superintendent Dr. John Russ, Brad Nuckles with Horace Mann, and Greenfield Principal Laura Camp presenting an award of recognition for her hard work. All those who nominated Toliver spoke of her kindness, incredible work ethic, and smile.
