- Albert O. Wood III, 29, of Lynchburg, identity theft, September 7
- David B. Shepherd, 77, of Fairlawn, reckless driving, eluding, September 10
- Jason E. Via, 39, of Waynesboro, obstruction of justice, eluding, September 10
- Clifford B. Filyaw, 56, of Charleston, drunk in public, September 11
- Donna S. Tolley, 37, of Roanoke, domestic assault, September 12
