- Courtney Hubbard, 65, of Roanoke, unauthorized use, September 16
- Adam L. Hill, 37, of Roanoke, driving under the influence, refusal to submit to a breath test, September 19
- Eric S. Spence, 36, of Troutville, destruction of property, interfering with the property rights of another, September 20
- James H. DeHart, 36, of Troutville, driving under the influence, possession of a Schedule drug, September 21
- William C. Cash, 35, of Buchanan, breaking and entering, grand larceny, stealing property with intent to sell, September 23
- Earl M. Cook, 34, of Roanoke, drunk in public, September 25
- Kevin G. Sweet, 50, of Daleville, drunk in public, September 25
- Melva P. Wharton, 67, of Roanoke, driving under the influence, refusal to submit to a breath test, September 27
