[SUBMITTED PHOTO]The Tuesday Morning Club met at Mt. Pleasant Church on October 12 with seven members present. Ruby Taylor called the meeting to order. Cheryl Wood was hostess and called the meeting to order. Nance Waddell read the minutes and Faye Kessler gave the treasurer’s report.
Members had lunch at Golden Corral on September 24; the next was at Cracker Barrel on October 19.
October’s project was a donation to the League for Animal Protection (LAP) in Fincastle. November’s project will be a food basket for a family in need.
Nancy Waddell won the hostess gift. Norma Johnson and Faye Kessler won game prizes. Also in attendance were gale Wbb and Priscilla Hedrick. The next meeting will be November 9 at the church.
