Many thanks for the great article “It takes a village to run a dairy farm.” Our family has lived near Cave Hill Dairy Farm most of our lives, but still did not understand all of the workings of this very interesting business.
It was so great to read about Courtney already devoting her young life to the job she has chosen. I have heard about her program about reading to the cows and this article brings it to life. What a great way for the young children (as well as the adults) to learn about life on the farm.
Thank you, Courtney and the 4-H Club, for showing us that a young woman can choose her lifestyle and share it with the world.
