The Botetourt County Sheriff’s Office has reported the following arrests January 25-28:
- Kyle H. Carter, 19, of Roanoke, abduction, malicious wounding, preventing use of 9-1-1, violation of a protective order, strangulation, harassing phone call, January 25
- Mario C. Lupacchino, 30, of Daleville, destruction of property, January 25
- James V. Begley, 25, of Fincastle, interfering with property rights of another, January 28
- Damien D. Wright, 39, of Rocky Mount, possession of a Schedule drug, manufacturing, selling, distributing a Schedule drug, January 28
