- Marcus A. Clark, 25, of Roanoke, petit larceny, trespassing, February 28
- Dylan J. Fowler, 25, of Buchanan, possession of a firearm by a felon, February 28
- Lauren M. Fox, 20, of Buchanan, domestic assault, malicious wounding, February 28
- Errington F. Stenson, 27, of Gulfport, Miss., murder, eluding, reckless driving, March 1
